i can clean a car to perfection BUT...how can i make my carpets in my 97 civic look like new...is there any kind of hand held steam cleaner...i dont want to use those expensive cleaners that come in bottles and cans that never really work anyway....please help? thanks

I work in the detail shop at Acura, so this is easy. Just get some mild degreaser that is safe on carpets and then spray it on the floor so it gets pretty wet but not soaked. Then take a hand held brush you can get probably from Wal-Mart and scrub away! Apply more degreaser to stains.
