no such thing as a b16 non vtec,
b18 non vtec yes

yes, you have to get some motor mounts for either the b16 or b18 to fit
still torque vs. revs
b18 good motor for turbo

No such thing as a non vtec b16, as stated before...

Yes, with the correct mounts it should be a pretty easy swap
