Default viscosity of oil for racing an ITR only track?

what do you all recommend for oil viscosity for an Integra Type-R imported to Guatemala from Japan for track use only?
We are planning to compete with a full synthetic oil made by the German House Liqui-Moly 5w-40. see http://www.liqui-moly.com

CF; ACEA A3-98/B3-98 Issue2/B4-98; BMW Longlife-98, MB 229.1, MB 229.3, VW 502.00, 505.00, Porsche alle Fahrzeuge

Here in Guatemala the weather is HOT.
thanks.

That would be fine...I'd monitor it and see how much burns off...you may want to go higher 5w60, etc.
