Default Eibach springs

I was about to order some springs for my accord and was wondering if you need any type of camber plate for the 1.5" drop or if I should just shell out some extra and get the 2.0" for my car along with the camber plates.?.
p.s are eibach strut braces any good, because I would like to keep all my susp. components the same company....
(Yes, I tried the search)

I think you can drop the car up to 2 inches and get a regular alignment and you wont need a camber kit. .
Eibach strut bars are not commonly used.

On my car, I just got coilovers just because you can run at a certain level which does not require a camber kit, and when you feel you want to spend money on a kit, drop it however far you want. It works well, and coilovers are not that expensive. Be sure to replace the dampers with high performance versions when you lower the car, because you will end up needing them.

you can technically run up to -2 camber before you need a camber kit

make sure that your toe is set properly though, that is what really wears tires down

yes techincally this is true.... but.... I run Koni yellows and H&R race springs. Got the spring perches up as far as they go which puts me at about 1.5 inch drop. Front caster and rear camber is cool but front camber and rear toe are both screwed. Need kits to correct. Only took 10,000 miles rub out the inside of a set of 400 treadwear rated tires.

Ironicaly after I got the kits installed I set the front camber back to where it was without the kit because it handled better.

While not commonly used, they are very nice. A friend has one in their car, and it has even less flex than my Nuespeed bar.

Yup, negative camber is a good thing for handling. Like urbanlegend21 said, it's not excessive camber that eats the insides of tires, it's toe-in. Dial out the toe after lowering the car (zero toe all around is a good starting place), and if your camber is within -2 degrees, your tires should do just fine.

what year is this strut bar for? I don't ever recall seeing a eibach strut bar for 4th or 5th gen accords. Only anti-sway bars.

Go to http://www.eibach.com and check out the application guide. They have a decent amount of stuff for Hondas. Sway bars, strut tie bars and alignment kits.
