Idle learn procedure.
1) start with a cold car
2) reset ECU (unplug for 30 seconds)
3) start car
4) hold at 3000 rpms until the fan comes on
5) let idle for another 10 minutes

i changed the oil before i started the car and the gas should be good still ,also i put a little of fuel cleaner just to be sure there are no plug gas lines .I always check everything before i start the car but this, i have never came across before.
MAP Whack! Unplug MAP sensor. Tap it with the handle of a screwdriver. Remove the 2 bolts that hold it down. Pull it out and check it the port is clogged/dirty. Clean/reinstall. Reset ECU. Do idle learn.
