which cat has the better follow? or they are pretty much the same?

please help, I need to know what to do with my exhaust.. the phucka who sold me the car put in a straight pipe.. and I need to replace it now

buy a high flow cat...like a random technology high flow cat instead.
but if I had to choose what had better flow....i'd say the ITR since just about every other exhaust part on that car has better flow than any of the others you listed.
