I took a few pics tonight of my lastest project, a 1992 Civic EX 4dr. I got this car 2 weeks ago (16 days to be exact). The owner was gonna scrap the car as it was sitting for over a year with a broken timing belt. This car had EVERYTHING! Sunroof visor, OEM Honda bra, CD player, all of it. I ended up having to give $500 for it, sold the dropout for $300 so basically got the car for $200! I had an OEM built GSR sitting in my basement I put in it (CTR pistons and cams). Including the price of the car, I have right around $900 in the it, excluding the price of the longblock! I want to keep it under $1000, this is my driver here. I wanted to keep all the comforts as well since I'll be driving this car everywhere, so P/S and A/C stayed, just need 2 A/C lines to complete it. I have around 20-25 hours in body work right now, the quarters were rusted pretty badly, you can see the patch panel on the driverside where it's all tacked in, the passenger side is done, which was worse. The patch panels are BRAND NEW wheel arch repair panels I got online and cut to size. I have TONS of time into cleaning the car and just getting it into shape. I have all the jambs and bay painted Khaki already so hopefully, I'll be able to have it all one color this weekend, so check back for updates.
As for the pics, YES they are YELLOW, the garage was YELLOW! haha

That's one of the main reasons I didn't want to let it slip by, I mean I wasn't even really looking for a car then my friend told me about this. 4dr 5spd EX, not too easy to find like you said.

good **** buddy, i'm jealous, you got the one of the nicest hatchies i've ever seen and a pretty sweet daily driver and I drive an exploder
My friends and I bought a Canadian market 92 Civic EX-V for $200 from some schmo who got into a front end collision in it. (why he had a Canadian civic in central NY is beyond me). I wanted to part it out (it had NO paperwaork at all on it, but I hightly doubtit was stolen), but my friends decided to drive it around some, and ended up getting the car towed and confiscated. I think I could have gotten ateast $750 out of it.
