power window conversion HELP

i have a 97 CX hatchback and just did a power window conversion. everythin works fine and it rolls down and up BUT it goes up really slow.. is it supposd to be like that or is somethin wrong?

i want to convert mine to power.. but i dont know where to wire anything.. where did u wire everything??
