Yes. They are identical other than the holes for the side markers.

Yes they should, the only thing different on JDM CRX's is the front end with the corners as far as fitting goes.

No.

They are the same as USDM fenders except for the side marker holes.

Its a difference of clips where either the screws hold them in or they slide in. Other than that they are the same minus the sidemearker hole. The clips are like 1-2 bucks from the dealer.
