Default RTA bushing? OEM = Mugen?

Can anyone confirm that the new OEM replacement eg rear trailing arm bushings are the same as Mugen? or is this a myth?

after reading all the evidence and experience about mugen and oem rear trailing arms, i've come to the personal conclusion that the NEW oem rear trailing arms you can buy from the dealer are the same as the mugen ones. however, the ORIGINAL rear trailing arms are not the same. mugen began producing the rear trailing arm bushings individually, and then honda came out with a TSB about replacing the original bushings (at the time, you could only buy the whole trailing arm complete, and not the bushing alone from honda), so i think honda just piggy backed on mugens specifications to provide the bushing individually, so now the ones you can buy from honda for $26 each, are the same quality youll get from mugen.

The castings are the same, but I have yet to find any durometer test results to prove Mugen's claim that they use stiffer rubber.

I suppose anything will be an improvement over the original oem piece. I ran the ES rta bushings and I'm not a fan. I was kind of hoping someone might have had some info on a durometer test so we could have actual proof.

I think I'm going to try spherical bushing cups from JHPUSA.
