Real rich.....?
I did a B16a swap into my 90 CRX DX and it runs real rich, when I sit at an idle all you can smell is gas. I found out that my O2 sensors were no good and wired up wrong so I fixed that. Then I found a leaky injector and replaced all 4. But it didnt fix the problem. When I start out in 1st gear until I get up around like 3100 rpm the car boggs down alot and seems to be getting way to much fuel. and when I"m cruzing in 5th gear it seems to be jumpin back and fourth like i'm hitting the gas but i'm not too much fuel. I'm running a chipped PR3 ecu but I do have a PW0 ecu that does the same thing. Running 89 octane becuase I figured maybe the higher octane wasnt burning correctly. My machanic said that it seems like the ecu is putting a constant pulse to the injector giving the car to much fuel. I havent done anything to the engine its stock however it has a world Sport exhaust and a cold air intake. What could be causing this and how can I fix it? I need your help my gas mileage is killing me and I need to fix it as soon as possible.
make sure b10 is orange and b12 is white . i had code 9 and fixing the crank angle sensor b10b12 made the code go away . even though they were in the right spot i think the pins just werent making contact witht the ecu. if not then your going to need a new distributor

You need a new distributor base.

Now you are assuming you are running rich because of smell. Did you check your fuel lines that you had to hack at the filter for any leaks or anywhere else for that matter? You'll know your rich when you lay into the throttle and your puffing black smoke out of the tail pipe. To many CO's, hydrocarbons and inefficiant combustion. There is no real substitute for things that "seems" or "feels" like something than actual diagnosis. If possible, monitor fuel pressure while driving. See if it's too high or just dips too low. Pull the vacuum hose off of the FPR on the rail and see if gas is dripping out of their. You many have a ruptured diapragmn the FPR causing excessive fuel pressure. As far as checking your injector duty cycle to see if something is wrong, you'd need an oscilliscope to check each injector's duty cycle while the engine is running under different conditions.
