Default Dirty Housing

on my 2000 teg, the insides of my housing on my headlights are dirty. How do i open the housing to clean it, i don't want to break the housing (which is stock). Someone told me about cooking the housing?...please help

yes, you can put them in the oven to heat them up and take them apart, but i am not sure, i have never done it.

are you sure it is not just the outside tha has the infamous "haze" on it? try polishing with neverdull, then put a coat of wax on and wipe off. that should help if the haze is on the outside of the lights.

300-350 in the oven for about 7-10 minutes.

Just make sure once it gets around 7minutes you check up on it,
and have enough room so you're not touching anything inside the oven.

If it just has a haze like brian said, use either 1000, or 2000grit paper, and then buff it out with polishing compound.
