Im buying an 88 crx si and have an ls already
Im goin to look at an 88crx si high km's on the body but it looks amazing in the pic, the guy said he snapped the timing belt while doing about 60km, this is perfect for me i have an ls motor from a 90 integra that i introduced to a pole a few years back so i have the tranny, ecu, drive shafts, all the odds and ends, I know I have to get mounts for the swap but what a bout linkage I think both car and motor are obd0 I anyone has any precautions, suggestions, for me that would be awesome the project starts saturday morn, I got 2000 bucks to make this work.
Sounds like you have everything covered. Yes they are both pre obd-1 motors and you should be fine. I am running a 90 ls ecu in my dx.
You will need a mount kit, and unless you can weld, a shift linkage. I am using hcp mounts and adjustable **** linkage. I like these, especially for the price, but there are several other options available.
