Default Stange power loss?

Hey whats up yall, its been awhile since I posted on here but anyways....i just recentlly installed new headers, hi-flow cat and a 22" mid-long steel resonator and somehow I have seemed to have lost power especially before vtec kick's in. Is it possibly because the new parts are tuned for mid/high range, or could it be something else? I have some new type-s camshafts being installed soon so it could be possible I just have too much exhaust flow and not enough air comming in. Right now my complete set up is....Cold air intake, headers, hi-flow cat, hi-flow resonator, and (2 1/4") cat-back exhaust....let me know what yall think. Thanks ahead of time.

is the secondary o2 sensors tripping a code? if so it will expletive up ur air/fuel ratios. I had this problem after putting on an exhaust and bought an o2 simulator on ebay for the rear sensor which helped a lot.
