Hey guys i have a pretty new Accord with just 3000 miles on it and i have recently been smelling a wack burning sound either comming from the engine or the rear im not quite sure what it is. Anyone have an idea.

Only mods are AEM cold Air intake. Appreciate the help

Sorry for that i am smelling a burning smell from the rear or the fron cant really tell not sure if it is the brakes. Have any suggestions????

 

Holy ****, I didnt even realize it when I read it. LMAO!!!

Anyway, if it smells right after a series of hard brake applications, its your brakes, and its normal but not very advisable.

Yeah it is probably your brakes. I would watch out if I were you about too much hard braking. I have seen people set their pads on fire literally.

 

it could possibly be the exhaust system
i have a 2001 and after i put my intake on i could smell the exhaust after it got hot
