Default Bushing with lowering kit

I just got my CRX and I love it but I switched from 205/45's to 205/40's and decided I now want to put the drop kit on that the guy gave to me with the car. Most of the brushings are already shot and are going to be replaced soon but I was wondering what brushings I should go with since I'm going to drop it about 3 inches.

Any help would be very useful!

I believe you mean bushings..

For brushings,I recommend at least twice daily;
morning/bedtime and in between meals is good also.

but i would go with energy suspension bushings not to exspensive but how much could pieces of rubber really cost anyways your gonna have to take a lot of suspension components off to install them maybe even most of them pressedout

blah I don't know why I added that 'r' in there but the whole kit of hyperflex bushings is only $150 so that's not bad at all for the complete bushing set. Do you guys also happen to know the length of the stock coil springs? I couldn't find it
