LIKE TOPIC SAYS THE MOUNT IS A BRAND NEW SI DRIVERSIDE MOUNT...80 obo

hi, how many miles on the cluster? Just to make sure too, will the cluster fit the dash of a 1999 lx? I'm pretty sure it does, but please let me know. thanks!
