It sounds like you aren't burning all your fuel which is causing it to bog at wot. Make sure the plugs are gapped correctly as well. What condition are the plugs in? My B16 did this and all it was was the plug wires.

ok well i just put in new plugs and it still does it, it has to be a switch inside the car on the pedel or something because i even loosened the throttle cable to where the pedel dosent even open it all the way and it still bogs but as soon as i lift the pedel up about an inch then it revs fast so i donno..

Check the map sensor and the IACV. There isn't any switches by the gas pedal. Are all the vacume lines done correctly?

How about the TPS. Sounds like a textbook TPS problem to me.

Check it with a voltmeter. the middle wire is the signal wire.

Turn the key to the on position and connect DVOM and move the throttle very slowly and watch the voltage it should rise slowly. What you want to look for is a position where there is a drop in voltage..

Good luck
