EDIT: Made a mistake in title. I meant to say dash.

The center vents/blowers arent working at all. Left and right sides are fine, what could be the problem here?

 

Did you check to see if the vents were closed?......this could be done manually, or if its broken, it could be closed.

That's quite odd... If all the circuits are working right, then you shouldn't have that happen. First few things I'd check before tearing it apart would be:

the diverter valve thing on the top of the dash. Does it move, does it make a difference, and can you tell if it is moving anything when you move it?

Do each of the buttons on the HVAC control head do something? Can you hear the valves moving inside the blower housing, or does it not make any noise?

See if you can narrow it down a bit more. It's possible that some of the internal valves got messed up.
