What is a "Mini Me". And what's up with those holes on the rear bumper, are they for aerodynamic purposes or just to look cool? Dont mean to sound dumb, im new to the scene

mini me. basicly putting a tec head on a motor that doesnt have vtec. the holes in the rear bumper i believe it was called a deffuser or something.. basicly the rear bump creates so much drag that the holes would help air excape. increasing speed, mpg, girls will run to your hole-e car.
