hey lads cant realy find any info on boosting my car.if it was an si id have no prob or other b series motors,so if anyone on here has one i would appreciate some help

 

Ummm, if you had an Si or other B series you would have no problem? Are you aware that the CTR engine is indeed a B series?

 

yes i am mate... but the pistons cams etc are different.the ctr cpiston are of a higher compression even than the itr and also its the dearest of the b16 blocks and i dont want to go screwin around with it until i have some concrete advice.ive had lots of different coments about it and all were diferent and from people who didnt no much about these engines in particuler

I think you know enough about your engine that you shouldn't be boosting it. If you really are that dedicated to boosting it, then you need to do an *** load of research on what kind of turbo and what kind of wastegate (most importantly) to run so you don't blow that engine to pieces. I think you should just stay N/A but that is me.

 

maybe but i only bought the car to boost it
i have too,it sounds weird but i wont stop till i boost it.
i have two gt starlets ep82s,
but i always wanted to turbo a ctr
maybe ill just get the greddy kit run low boost and see how she goes might get some itr pistons and hks metal head gasket to be safe,and as always a good tune!!!!!!!
