Nokya Yellow bulbls

yea i know this is a noob question but i just want to make sure i dont fry my sheit...
i have some Nokya yellow bulbs that are 9006 h4 2500k and 70w. is this going to fry my harnesses because the stock wattage for civic low beams are 51w?

they look like this...

Wattage (draw): 55
Wattage (output): 70
Color: Hyper Yellow
Color Temp: 2500K
-is this ok to use?
