what should i do first?
when i buy my 98 hatch, i will be a tight budget, but i would like to do something to the car, i was wondering what i should do first (was thinking suspension), if i should do suspension, engine, or looks first, what should i get first, that is *cost effective* i do NOT want to do a swap, cause i dont want to put like over 1g, into the engine (was thinkinng mini-me....) ive been searchin around and i found this : http://www.robearracing.com/pd_robear.cfm anybody know if its really worth the money? and how well it worked for you?? im basically looking for a dd, that i could use on track ect, (as for that bar... i need something that i could take off easiliy if i need to go somewhere and load things...) thanks for all the help!!
bump. what should be the first thing i should get for my hatch? springs, coilovers... ect. or should i just do the mini-me swap?? looks i already know what im gonna do (stock frontend with type r grill, and rota slipstreams(what color looks best on a black hatch)) if i go with the mini-me swap, wich one should i do? or should i just swap in the whole y8 engine right away and not have to hassel with all of it?? thanks!
real quick your looking for cost effective improvements for your car, the link to that bar for $339. IMO would be useless to you, more of a hassle just blocking your vision. first thing to get is an alarm.. after that it doesnt matter what you get first. try searching i believe there are other posts asking the same question.
