Default ITR airbox vs AEM SRI on EM1

I know this is kind of a no0b question but I put my car back to stock for a while and I'm starting from scratch here... Which would you rather have? I have both and although the ITR box will take some rigging, it'll make a cleaner looking install but I'm not sure which would give me better gains. The ITR intake arm is 3" vs. the smaller diameter AEM. If I go with the ITR box should I try to rig up the resonator too?

i would rather use the aem cai...but if you wanted a clean *** install i would put the itr intake.....the aem makes a substantial gain over the itr intake

I'm done with CAI's. Cost me a motor last year, that's why I went back to stock!
