This morning in a parking lot, I bottomed out the car and I ruined a nice set of DC Sports Headers. I am going to replace them, but I was wondering if there were any better ones then those.

headers dont do jack on ex accords, they already have 4-2-1 headers, lx and dx do get gains on the other hand

 

this guy, he scares me

 

My car gained 5hp on the dyno from the DC Sports headers. The stock manifold resembles a header, however it uses smaller primaries and are much, much more contorted. Also the weight is much imporved upon compared to stock.

 

do you have a 94-95 ex?

to all that say headers...it's really header...just an fyi

 

I have a DC ceramic header wrapped, random cat, and pacesetter ex. I currently run 10.0 @ 69 in the 1/8mi. I plan on deleting the cat and getting a custom setup as soon as the muffler falls off

probably not until enough intrest is built up, his header involves a 4 to 1 design all the way to where the cat would be so there are clearance issues he would have to look at

 

do you know how close the stock manifolds are to lining up, I think a different manifold flange, and a couple of minor bends would do it.
