Default b16a head on b20B - issues?

I would like your advice on the quench area issue for a B16A Head on a B20B block. Since the head is for a 81mm bore and the B20 is 84mm is that an issue?

gotta love that V-tech. i recommend not recommending anything to anyone if you can't spell out the most commonly used four letters of the honda language.
