not sure how much you'll gain but to maximize the gains it would be best to not only get the IM but also the black box under the IM for the bypass valves, the F22A6 ECU so the bypass valve function correctly and the camshaft from the F22A6.

Also, if you can't find the F22A6 IM you could use a H23A1 IM. Pretty much the same thing.

If you'd like more info on this swap, there is some stuff about it over at CB7Tuner. There is even a write-up on how to swap the IM's. Just run a search on that site for those two manifolds and see what pops up.

The black box is a vacuum box with a sensor mounted on it, that along with the ECU controls when those butterflies open and close. If you don't want the butterflies though you can just take the plate inbetween the plenum and runner out and not worry about the black box.

Note that if you are going to do a VTEC head swap, assuming F22B1, then the H23 IM will need some modifications for it to mount to the head. If your refering to do a H22 VTEC head swap, the H23 IM won't work.

Or, if your using the F22B1 head, you could use the F23 IM. I've heard the F23 IM has more volume than the F22Bx IM's and that more volume is good for turbo.

You might want to consider a h23 intake manifold swap. The plenum and runners are bigger, and it still has secondaries.

From what I've read and seen, the runners on the H23A1 are just slightly longer than that of the F22A6 but are the same otherwise.

As for the plenum, yes, the H23/H22 plenum is bigger.
