Best tire for Snow?

I doubt it. I never see S03's going for any cheaper during the winter. In fact, the incentive are advertised a couple of weeks before winter for snow tires.

the reason i haven't changed to my summer tires is
Due to accident happened on 10/12/05 by negeligent driver running redlight on me, i have disc on my back which limits me carrying heavy objects and can't fit all 4 in my car
