I doubt it. I never see S03's going for any cheaper during the winter. In fact, the incentive are advertised a couple of weeks before winter for snow tires.

Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25 205/50/17 & 225/45/17
never had problem here this winter, with several blizzards
Not bad for current weather either.
the reason i haven't changed to my summer tires is
Due to accident happened on 10/12/05 by negeligent driver running redlight on me, i have disc on my back which limits me carrying heavy objects and can't fit all 4 in my car
