Jut seing some ideas on what combo I should go with. I want something great for daily driving and nice and stiff also but not kidney hurting stiff!! Plus I also have audio in the trunk to support. Suggestions? I can get t1r at a good price, but im unsure of what spring rates I should get and such. thanks guys!! car is a 00 EM1

i would say you wont go wrong with agx/illumina/yellow
some popular springs like h&r, tein s, eibach etc

 

well its going to be a coilover setup , budget 800-1000

 

I'd reccomend omnis. My friend has them on his DC and they are stiff, but not bone jarring.
