DEcent single cam V-tec for EK
what is a decent single cam vtec for a 96 ek? I know there is the d16z6 that my uncle has and a d16y8 in the ex's. Which would pull more in an ek? I know they aren't that fast. I searched but dont know what car people are putting these motors in.

in your "EK" it would be quickest to drop in a Y8 because you dont have to change OBDs
and depending on who you ask the Y* and Z6 are the basically the same HP wise
