Default B16a1 problems

Hi, got some problems with my b16a1. Got some intermitent ticking around intake manifold side at idle, it comes on and goes away really weird. And even when i drive it does the same thing but does tick as much, every now and again. Can't be the valves because under load its quiet.
I also have ticking when the cars cold but goes away 2 minutes after it gets warm but i guess thats normal.
Also when i drive a get sort of like a fuel starvation or something, the exhaust starts gurgaling and burping and when i gas it , it jumps out of it. And this only happens at lower rpm. This is also intermitent, sometimes my car drives smooth and then shity.

any suggestions, thanks

The ticking if its what I'm thinking about is typical for a honda. Maybe an injector? Someone else will know better than myself. As for the "gurgaling and burping" What kind of aftermarket parts do you have on it? Do you have a cheap exhaust and intake?
Where does the car idle? Maybe that could be an injector problem also however, but you should list any mods.

DC 4-1 header
2 1/2" piping with Borla muffler
skunk2 intake manifold
AEM cold air intake

Those all sound like legitimate parts so my theory of piping being to big on the exhaust or intake doesn't make sense any more. Don't know if this would effect it at all, but have you reset the computer since you put all those parts on? All that extra air flow without the computer being set for it might have some sort of effect. In case you don't know you can either disconnect the battery for like a minute, or take the ecu fuse out in the engine bay fuse box to clear the computer. Then you start her up and don't touch the throttle, just let her idle untill the cooling fans come on, or about five minutes then turn her off to set the computer.

Mine does that too, but I noticed that if I rev up to about 1.2k, it seems to run much smoother. Is 700-800 a reasonable idle, or should I adjust up to a smoother spot?

I think 750 is stock idle for the b16a1 so I wouldn't worry about that.
