Default Hondata Head gasket for boosting any good?

Does this head gasket make much difference on the car, its suppose to keep the car cooler and stuff. I bough a boosted 00 lude and going to swap the greddy turbo over to my 01 lude just wandering if I should change the gasket or if its ok to use the stock one??

It's not a head gasket, it's an intake manifold gasket. Use the SEARCH button.

There's a BIG difference and yes, you should have one. There is not really a downside.

Yes, they are great products The gasket is a teflon compound which deters the heat transfer from the head to the intake manifold... thus keeping your intake air temps cooler and producing more power.

We use them on all of the set-ups we do. We are hondata dealers if you are interested in purchasing a gasket or anything else Hondata
