stock fuel pressure for zc
what's the stock fuel pressure for a zc motor.......and what is the proper way to adjust it? with a b&m regulator
I need to know this too! do you have a b&m?
hey guys...i've asked this question before...and other people have asked this question too...unfortunately, i've never seen anyone post a definite answer regarding the stock fuel pressure (maybe i didn't see it in one of the ht threads?)...everyone seems to have a different opinion on this...
as far as my zc (w/88-89 teg ecu)...i've set my fuel pressure to 38 psi...the car runs fine...except the teg ecu forces the car to run rich...i've seen someone post a dyno chart using different fuel pressures on a zc...and his strongest dyno run was done at 38 psi...for emissions, i turned it down to 33psi and i barely passed...the car ran just fine at 33psi too...i also suggest getting an a/f gauge...its not the most accurate gauge when it comes to reading lean/rich...but its better than nothing...hope this helps...later
