they make black interior paint...I actually have a can that I thought about using on my rear seats....but I havent gotten around to it.
I would test out the paint on a little spot and see how it turns out..might be cheaper to do it that way. But wouldnt last as long as getting black interior.

the best way will be to get all new parts. painting is not the route to go. lots of headaches (brother did that) another idea is to look into dying, but then again i think it might be smarter maybe cheaper just to replace.
im debating over doing the same when i paint my car. i have blue wanting black. but finding a good decent price dash is fun. same with black leather seats. door panels are easy. center console can be hard b.c its a hot item. rear panel is wanted shouldnt be to hard with people guttin their ludes (im debating over doing that also)
my 2 cents

I used a fabric paint called plasti-kote fabric paint. I did my back seats and my carpet and it looks great and is holding up well too. I used the color called ebony.

mine has been painted now for about a year and sits in the sun all the time and the seats look just the same as they do in the picture i posted.
EDIT: and after the paint dries its kinda stiff and you go over it with a stiff brush and it makes the seats all soft again. I even tried the wet white towel trick on one of the seats and none of the paint came off. It seems like really good stuff

I never tried that stuff. When i converted my grey to black i bought all the plastic pieces new from honda, which wasnt that much stuff. All of the grey fabric stuff got painted (even the door panel inserts) but the plastic got swapped.

I would just swap the pieces.
