Do you have a obd1 to obd2 harness. Not sure but that could be why your car is messed up. You definately need to get the correct ecu.

dude first of why the hell are you using a obd2 civic sohc vtec ecu on a 95 obd1 dohc non-vtec motor swap??, you have to get the right wire harness from a obd1 92-95 LS and ECU. that the problem right there. plus ecu's don't make noise's, so thats just probably your fuel pump relay.

whats that got to do with anything i never said anything about your ecu being bad, its just that your running a totally different ecu/wire harness on a complete different swap.

ECU clicking could be a short in the ECU

Either way you need an ECU for that engine...get it..swap it...run it..

wrd. you will also have to get the right harness because when you get right ecu your plugs from your old harness won't plug up.
