ok as we all know, the gas prices are thru the roof. i myself have never used anything less then 91 on any of my cars which required it.

my stations of choice is Chevron and Mobile1... i fnot then 76 of shell will do..
but knoowing that Arco is at times $.10 CHEAPER MAKES ME THINK.....

even on base gas is $.15 CHEAPER then out in town..

jsut wonder if u guys ever used the lower name gas companies.

i just heard the Arco is cheaper because they do not accept Credit cards and they sell so much more gas then others that is why they can sell it cheaper.

motor wise im stock other then intake and exhaust...

list what station u use and mods if not stock. hope this helps others

 

lol, i use Gas City. 91 Octane. VAFC and Buddy Club Exhaust, so pretty much stock. Gas Prices are killer, but everytime i press the little red button i don't mind so much.

 

mobile 1 is a gas company now? i thought is was Mobil? lol

i only use Chevron. Carson and Crenshaw has the cheapest most of the time in Torrance

ps-i saw a guy in a brand new ferrari putting in arco the other day

It's between 76 and Mobil, but since 76 sells race gas, I voted for that

 

I run chevron and i also use the sonoco 111 octane they got....

91... i wish we had higher. arco gas= horrible. i reccomend never using it.

76 is all i pump.

It just makes it smoother u dont feel any power but when premium is $3.15 a gallon why not run 111 at $5.49!!!!!

yeah, i guess it is not so bad......

my mom lives in Germany and it is insanely priced over there.......close to $5 a litre.....

however, i heard on the news that we will probably see $4 a gallon here before the end of the summer

i pay 3.04 for 91.

at gas city actually they carry 111 for like 5.04 a gallon.

It just burns better and it makes the car run cooler....

 

if a motor can not take advantage of the higher oct theres no use for it.... but i would run 111 with a 100 shot of NOS on a S2... that would be a fun ride!
