Default DOes the converson kits for Integra's need weld work?

I'm just curious. I see all these conversion for the USDM DC2(S15, S14, ITR). I used to work for a aftermarket parts manufacturer and my coworker mentioned that for the DC2, you'll need some light welding work for the front end(radiator area) in order to do a complete conersion.

Now does this apply to all other conversion kits? Also does welding for the ITR only needed if it's a direct conversion(from pieces of an old ITR to a USDM DC2), or are there kits that are specially made to fit without body modifications or welding?

I'm possibly about to do a s15 front conversion...but was worried if welding is needed or is it directly bolt on.

I know for the Cali Type R conversion you can just bolt it right up.....thats what everyone on here likes to do.
