Online, local exhaust shops. 2.5" flanges, 2 bolt on header end, 3 bolt on exhaust end.

BTW, I picked up a BerkTech TP for $80. If they were charging $300 then I can understand making your own, but in this case it might almost add up.

legally, local shop will not make test pipe. i think it'll be cheaper for you to get a test pipe, such as berk.

Just tell them its for track use only, and leave the shop with the cat on and bolt it up when you get home, thats how I got mine.

You can go to the shop and get the flanges though, that was the OP's question.

Googled up BerkTech... could not find anything. Have a link?

man i would just buy a test pipe instead of going through the hassel of getting the parts to do it.

projects are fun when you have the materials and tools, if not their sometimes a PITA.

yeah, i see your point about it adding up, but i like projects anyhow, i was able to source out flanges and it should be no more then 25 bucks to make. what is required to make sure it doesnt trigger a check engine light?

thanks.

The ecu is pretty sensitive to the secondary o2 sensor. It might work for some people and might not work for others.

are you saying that berks may or may not work as well?

Short of running a cat with the second o2 plugged into it, anything else is not guaranteed to work.

Spoke with Bryan at Berk and he said to expect a shipment in about 6 weeks. ( Sold out as of now) He also said it has a newer design tested on a dyno with a wideband O2. In doing this he said they smoothed out the previous designs O2 issues. Expect to see a sale on them for about 100 Shipped when they arrive.
