Its that time again for all the local and near by states to come out and Play. This event will be on Memorial day Saturday May 27th.

Here are the new changes as per "Freddy" Clash promoter.

Currently there is no sponsor for this class, SSSSOOOOOOOO here is how it will go down.

Racer entry fee $25. Yes I typed $25. This cover just the driver and car. Crew members pay separate. which is also 25 per person.

Without a sponsor the will not be a payout so he suggest that with the low entry fee. Drivers should pay extra that would go towards a pot for payout.

Now if there is a 16 car field and each match their entry fee that will only be $400 total for payout. So to make things better, I think you all may want to agree and set that to $50 for all racers donation towards the pot.. (just my opinion)

The other things is that some basic rules will be added this time such as.

1. To keep things close This race will have a 9.90 cut off. If you run faster then is a DQ. (No throttle stops allowed)

2. 2 rotor powerd and 6 cylinder vehicles allowed but (LIMITED TO 1 POWER ADDER)

Anything else will be added in this post. Please let me know if you are planning to compete that way I can update the list.

Just one class like last year. it was a pretty evenly matched field. Hello A.L. I just confirmed that there will be 8 to 15 VW Bugs there also competing in the same class. This should make for a more interesting race and larger class. From what I understand these car run in the mid low 10 sec. some info can be found here http://www.txpra.com/
