Default 4 Point Harnesses

im getting some Willans 4 point harnesses for my 2002 rsx and im keeping my stock seats, i was wondering if anyone could tell me about mounting them into the car because i have no experience doing this and the scissor problem i might have on my neck caused by the stock seats and how i could fix it. any advice will be appreciated, thanks in advance
