Default Did I fry my ignition?

I was putting an alarm on my car and some how managed to touch the white (constant 12v) in the ignition switch to ground for a second. Now the car wont crank? Is this a fuse I shorted somewhere or worse. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Check your fuses, both under the dash and under the hood. That should solve your problem.
