Default 1993 honda civic hatchback si, prety much slammed to da ground but touching fenders.

hi i have a 1993 honda civic hatchback si, i got kyb shocks and ground control coilovers, its all da wayy lowerd in the front but the thing is that its touching my fenders.. when i have 13 inch hx rims on it doesnt touch but when i have the 15 inch blades on, it touches my fender, can anyone let me know what i need for it to not touch beisdes highering it? im sorry i dont realy know much about suspensions and all that stuff.

oh yeah 14 inch not 13 inch, but anyways that didnt realy help me.

The wheel and tire combination seems to have a larger diameter with the blades. Meaning, that the tire comes out farther from the center of the hub. The only way to keep it from scraping with the larger wheels is to raise it. Rolling the fenders (as stated above) could help, but it's unlikely.
