Default neuspeed strut tower brace dilemma

So I plan on going with Neuspeed for my strut tower bar. I got a 5th gen (1997) 4 door (CD5).
I see there are 2 models. One for the 94-97 non-VTEC and one for the 96-99 VTEC.

If I also plan on a H22A swap, should I go with the model built for VTEC? Is it a fitting issue because of the engine configuration or is the chassis a little different on the Accord with VTEC engine?

And then should I also get the lower bar?
I heard from a lot of post that sway bar is the way to go, but for the moment I just want to strengthen my chassis a little bit.

According to Neuspeed's website it is the same for the 94-95 and 96-97 and doesn't show a different one for VTEC or non-VTEC. You also won't have any clearance issues, I have the same one and put my H22 in last summer. They are a tight fit though just to let you know I had to coerce mine to go into place.
