Sorry for making all of you excited, I know this stuff isn't worth anything so I want to just give it away to whoever needs it.
The wires are from the airbag to the steering wheel (The horn power wires I believe). And the other is just the little upper plastic cover that covers up the back of the steering wheel. I sold my Hatch so I have this stuff left behind. Again its not anything much at all but could save someone a few bucks.
