Default can this be fixed

About a year ago my timing belt slipped on my b16 and now i want to try to rebuild it. Well the problem is where the valves sit in the head the #2 piston came up and hit the head. it missed the valves but hit the head right above the valves, can a machine shop repair a small chipped area in you head right above the valves

pics would help determine. i would say if its not cracked it wont cause a problem, but who knows, i wouldnt trust a weld in the combustion chamber so i doubt its actually repairable if its the cast itself, but definately get some pics.

take it to a machine shop and ask them, they would be your best people to ask.
