Default A few after swap ?'s

ok well i just got done with doing a b16 SiR-I swap into my hatch. it is using the pw0 ecu.
now i have a few questions/ problems:

1) i took out the cigarette lighter before the swap cuz i was gonna change center consoles, and i put it in after the swap and it keeps blowing the fuse for the that and the cd player, what is causing this, were do i look, what could it be???

2) when i start it i have no CEL's, but after i drive it and it get to opperating temp. it throws two codes, a 2 and 17 which are O2 sensor and i know how i need to fix that and the 17 is the VSS. i had to take out the electronic sensor to put in the cable VSS, so why is it throwing that code? how can i get rid of it??

any kind of constructive help would be sweet guys

if your speedo works properly, just tune your ecu with chrome and have them take away the vss code. then it wont come on anymore.

IIRC, the O2 code comes from the wrong placement of the sensor... I think if you have it too close to your head it can heat up and throw codes... not sure though... can anyone else verify?

Never heard of that, lots of stock headers have O2's pretty close.

Could be that its wired wrong or bad connections. Remember to always solder the O2, I didnt on mine and from time to time it throws the code.

How does the car run?
