ABS brake issue on 95 gsr
I'm having a few issues with my brakes on my GSR. Sometimes the abs pump makes this sound when I turn my car on for a few seconds. A couple of weeks ago my brakes were really sluggish and if I was at a stop light the brake pedal would go to the floor. Happened for 3days straight then just stopped all of a sudden. Well today it's starting again and it's getting really annoying. I checked the brake fluid and check the brake pads and everything looks fine. Could my abs pump be going bad?
It sounds like you ABS may be losing pressure. Try bleeding the system. It isn't difficult. The instructions can be found here:

ABS pump makes that "whirrrrr" noise, sometimes even after the car has been running for awhile. ABS light comes on when I go over larger bumps such as train tracks etc. No codes thrown. Sensors are fine. Fluid is fine. I have given up and learned to live with it...

Its normal for the ABS motor to make noise when it powers up....and even if makes the noise more often, they are pretty expensive so if its working, leave it be....you should get a trouble code if the pump is malfunctioning.

This sounds more like the brake master cylinder going bad...
