I'm having trouble with the temp/fuel LED gauges in my '92 Prelude. For a while they would take 30 secs or so to light up after starting. Now, they are completely dead. No sign of life. I've checked fuses. What are these controlled by? Some black box somewhere. Are they known for failing, considering the age? Are they expensive to replace?

 

I got the same problem, don' t know if it comes from the solders being dried or if the part is defective
