Default removing a/c

ok here's the story, i hit a deer about 4 months ago and it punctured my a/c and apparently it would cost me 250 to fix, as i never use my a/c i decided to take it out, that's where im at now. i disconnected the front part but there are two tubes that i cant find the end of. one on the left side goes under the battery and i cant see where it goes, the other is on the right and goes past the brake lines under the intake manifold and that's as far as i can see. my questions are where do the end up? how easy is it to remove? and will it have any adverse effects?
this is the piping on the left and goes under the battery

this is on the right and its the second pipe im asking about the one that is closer to the belt, it goes past the brake lines under some other tubing and then under the intake manifold

oops bad pics.
Those lines under the battery are going inside of the car to the evaporator. You can just unbolt them. As far as the line under the intake i'm not sure what your talking about. get a good picture and let us know.

x3

It sounds like your talking about the pipes that run back inside the car like MooGoCow3 was saying. But I can't think of any AC lines that run under the intake manifold. If your refering to the intake pipe instead, then those two lines run into the car. Your should be able to just unbolt them at the firewall.
