MY B16 SWAP ON MY EK..SHAKES MY WHEELS..NOT AXELS...WHAT COULD IT BE.?.HELP

the axels are good..took out..and check it.....um..happen on sat at the tracks.....you can hear a knock inside my tranny......my 3rd gear pops out too..could that be why my car shakes really hard...it still driveable at low rpm....
